Clash of Queens' design was based on the universe created by Lewis Carroll's novel Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There, which is the sequel to the world famous Alice's Adventures in Wonderland.

This is a very interesting title, with a layout that was very well designed, using a parallax effect to create the feeling you are looking at a 3-D game.
Although I liked this game a lot I would have appreciated if the developers included only original symbols instead of combining just a few of the characters from the book with the traditional 9, 10, J, Q, K, A cards, since they look a bit out of place in an otherwise very visually appealing game. The animations are above average, especially the one that plays out during the activation of the Red Queen and White Queen face off, making it really stand out from other offers in the market.
